No. We are an online store like Ebay or Amazon and we do not have physical stores in malls or other areas. All available Pillza products can be browsed at the website.

2- When you have added everything you need to your cart, click the cart in the top right corner. You may then review your order and proceed to Checkout.
3- Enter your delivery information and choose your payment method. Once everything is done, click Complete Order.
Yes, you can cancel your order only if your order has not been processed yet. Please bear with us with the refund process as it may take time since we have to contact the payment partners first.

For payments, you can choose either PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA and American Express card payments. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and installments.
You will get an email summarizing your order and a note that your order is now subject for verification. Once verified, another email will be sent to you notifying you that your order has been confirmed.

FREE SHIPPING, It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and another 7-10 business days to arrive at your destination. For deliveries bound outside US and Canada, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
Though we currently focus shipments to the US, UK and Canada, anyone can always attempt to order through our website.
International customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees, as well as all duties and taxes associated with their shipments. Delivery duration varies.

We have a 30-day return policy where your item must be returned in the same condition you received it. The product is subject to inspection once it arrives our headquarters and we’ll reach you with updates. Do note that Pillza will not be responsible for return-shipping costs and it must be under your own expense.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the courier has marked the package as “Delivered.” However, we'd be happy to assist you with your lost order. Please follow our steps below:
1- Please check with your household members or neighbors to see if anyone may have received the package. Most of the time, this is how customers have found their lost packages. If no one has received your package, continue with the following steps.
2- You will need to open a claim with the shipping provider.
3- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that your package is missing and provide us with the following information:

# A shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for the re-shipment
4- We'll re-ship out your order to you.
We’re happy to offer a 1-year limited warranty for our pillows. To make a warranty claim, email email@example.com and provide us with your proof of purchase with a valid date, the warranty document and the law tag that can be found on the pillow. Please note that Pillza is not liable for damages due to abuse and negligence.
